LEGAL NOTES

The service provided by the guides consists of the guided tour to monuments and museums, as described in the chosen itinerary of the province of Padua and the Venetian Villas.

The half day tour lasts maximum two hours and a half; the full day tour lasts maximum five hours.

If the group does not come at the agreed time and place or if the cancellation is commmunicated less than 48 hours before the date, the customer has to pay the basic tariff (120,00 euros HD; 240,00 euros FD). 

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

The reservation is completed only when the chosen guide has confirmed per e-mail o fax the availability to the customer.

If the guide does not answer within 48 hours, the customer can contact another guide directly or through the secretariat.

The payment will be done to the chosen guide according to their requests/your arrangements by: 

-          bank transfer in advance;

-          payment at the time of the guided tour;

-          within 30 days after receiving the invoice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

In accordance with art. 64 of the legislative decree of 6 September 2005, n. 206 the customer has the right to terminate the contract within 10 working days after acceptance by the guide. The withdrawal can be communicated by telegram or fax provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with notification of receipt.
